A sound bath is an immersive rest experience created with crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments.
You can lie down or sit comfortably while layers of sound move through the space, creating an opportunity to slow down, become present and reconnect with yourself.
No meditation experience is required. Each experience is adapted to the group, setting and intention of the gathering.

MEET EVAN
Evan Hill is a creator and sound-bath facilitator based in Victoria, British Columbia.
His experiences combine crystal singing bowls, resonant instruments and intentional moments of stillness, creating space for people to step outside their everyday pace and reconnect with the present moment.
Through The Evan Show, Evan explores experiences that bring people together, encourage self-expression and remind people to pursue what makes them feel alive.
His sound baths are an extension of that purpose: creating space for people to slow down, listen and experience something meaningful together.

No. You do not need any previous meditation or sound-bath experience. You can simply get comfortable, listen and experience the session in your own way.

Guests are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, along with a blanket, pillow and water.

Yes, provided the space is reasonably quiet and has enough room for the guests and instruments.

Most sound baths are approximately 60 minutes. Additional time is required before and afterward for setup, arrival and closing.

Bookings are available throughout Greater Victoria. Travel elsewhere on Vancouver Island may be available for an additional fee.

No. Sound baths are offered as wellness, relaxation and experiential services. They are not a replacement for medical or mental-health care.
